Young Teen Gang Raped After School Function

After a high school homecoming dance in Richmond,California, a 15 year old female was said to be raped by atleast 10 boys while a crowd of 20 people decided to stand around and watch. It was said that after the dance this particular female decided to go off on her own and meet up with a few people to drink alcohol. After she became intoxicated the boys around her began to beat her, rape her for 2 hours, and then steal her money. While this went on a crowd began to form and record this stupidity while others just laughed like they saw this on a daily basis. The crazy thing about this is that nobody decided to help her or call the police. This makes me want to ask what type of people live in California. I know for a fact that if anything like this happened in Mississippi nearly all of the attackers would be visiting the local hospital because we dont allow stuff like that to happen. While having a little discussion with my classmates we wanted to know some unanswered questions. Where was the supervision/police officers for this event? Where was the guardian of this child? What was she doing drinking with a bunch of strangers in the first place? and What kind of reputation did she have that made the attackers single her out as the victim? So far there have been 5 people arrested for this attack.
